Never received my order
Still did not receive anything. They asked me if I wanted my stuff to be resent.
I said yes.
Still have not received anything. I messaged them back asking if they sent it out and if not I wanted a full refund and still haven’t heard back.
My friend told me about this site. Cheap clothes, shoes, etc.
I made a large order in November and was told by China Post that it was delivered to my house last Tuesday. It was never delivered and its now after Christmas. I tried emailing them twice and it was undeliverable. No phone number to call them.
Very upset.
How am I going to get a refund or my order. I really want my order!!!

Still waiting for my package????
I order shoes. Paid in full got confirmation email and seen the tracking got to LAX.
And now I can't track the package. So I don't know if I will get my order

Ordered sweaters, received cheap ring
I ordered 16 sweaters for $57. Rather than the sweaters, I received a cheap ring.
I emailed them and they said they would ship my order the next day. I watched the tracking and it finally said "delivered." So when i got home, there was no package to be found. I emailed them again and they said they'd ship it out the next day.
That was around February 27, 2023 so we'll see if it comes. I don't have any faith that it will but I have to say, they have been responding to my emails within a timely manner!

Not true
I order from paceling. com in November 2022 and have not receive my order of a refund were given fate tracking number , the website is a fraud and ripping off consumers

I want my merchandise or my money ASAP Do not order!!! I never eceived my order I am going to dispute this transaction with my bank.
I dont believe this company exits at all it was too good to be true. I will find out who governs these on line merchandise and report them to Dept of Argriculture this company has to be a sham they just want American dollars.

No response yet to refund money.
Ordered products 11/13/2022 for Christmas gifts. After a few or couple of weeks no packages.
Sent email asking when will I receive them, Lele response was they are backed up and running behind.I kindly ask would it be here for Christmas no response. I email again and told her if not here by 12/23 or 12/24/2022 to just cancel the order refund my money.
If it comes after that I would send it right back to them. Haven't heard a word yet about anything.

I was scammed.
Saw there advertisement on YouTube for sweaters on 11/29/2022. So, l ordered 6 sweaters which l never received.
Impossible to contact them. Finally after several attempts to contact parceling, l received email identified as Yelo. Yelo stated they were customer service department for Parceling. They stated that they would send order out right away, but it never happened.
They have no phone, no address or legitimate email address. Had fake tracking number. Order # 7680. Tracking # zleus310046****yq.
Contacted ups, USPS, FedEx. Nothing.

Call your credit card company if you ordered with your credit card. Let them know what's going on. They will refund your money back to your account and do an investigation on the company and get their money back.
